Are your installers sub-contractors or employees ?
Our installers are employed by Mountain City Tile.

Are your employees covered by insurance ?
Yes

Can you provide Certificate of Insurance ?
Yes

Do you stock tile ?
Yes. We have over 100,000 square feet  of various tiles in stock. We also stock backer board, setting material (thinset), grout and caulk

Do you have samples available that I can take home ?
Yes. We issue samples at no charge. A log is keep to those who check out samples and we request they are returned within 3 days.

What should I clean my tile with ?
Tile is usually mopped with warm water. If this is not effective, there are tile cleaners available.**Note: Both ceramic and porcelain tile is a “non-porous” product.

What is the difference between ceramic and porcelain tile ?
Generally, ceramic tile is more porous than porcelain tile. Porcelain tile is more dense than ceramic. Porcelain tile can be used outside where ceramic can not.
